A Womb With A View: Terms and Conditions for Daily Newspapers
1. Daily and/or Sunday subscribers to A Womb With A View are purchasing
the rights to publish each comic strip ONE TIME in their publications (one publication per subscriber per license). Cartoon shipments
and billing are done monthly.
2. All comic strips must be run on the dates designated.
3. Strips may not be altered or re-edited in
any way, however, they may be re-sized to suit the publication's space requirements.
4. Title and byline may be formatted to suit the
typography of the publication.
5. All licenses to publish A Womb With a View are non-exclusive.
6. Terms of payment are net 30 days
from date of invoice.
7. If there is a reasonable editorial objection to a particular strip, Friendly City Features, in cooperation
with the artist will resolve the issue to the satisfaction of all parties, provided sufficient notice is given of the objection. This
may include providing a substitute strip for the one in question.
8. Publications agree to an initial contract period of six months
and may cancel their subscription any time thereafter.
9.The rights set forth herein are for the subscribing publication only and may
not be transferred, sold, or sub-licensed to another party.
10. Friendly City Features reserves the right to refuse to license the
strip to any publication and to cancel any license for failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.
